HANDSET DOA ELF PROCEDURES
For all DOA/ELF returns you MUST fill out a Return Authority request
Deluxe Comm Pty Ltd pays one way freight for all DOA/ELF Reseller is required to pay postage to Deluxe comm Pty Ltd
DOA/ELF PROCESS
1.Check Item for the following defects:
Physical Neglect.
Full sales package must be present otherwise the manufacturer may reject the item.
Imei Number behind the battery MUST match Imei on the package and Imei on the proof of purchase.
2.Fill out the RA form at the bottom of this page
3.Return will be approved or declined within 12 Hours you will be informed a specific RA# that you must quote on box when you send to Deluxe Comm
4. Deluxe Comm will return to manufacturer and await there approval usually takes 14 days.
5. You will be informed as soon as the return has been approved or denied by the manufacturer and a credit will be placed on your account or a new product sent to you.
APROVAL OR REJECTIONS ARE STRICTLY TO THE DISCRETION OF THE MANUFACTURER. DELUXE COMM WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY REJECTED CLAIMS
Deluxe Accessories Warranty policy
Deluxe Accessories branded products are covered by the following warranty:
All deluxe accessories are covered by a replacement warranty for the term shown on the sales package, Batteries hold a 6 month replacement warranty, Chargers and most other products hold a 12 month replacment warranty.
Any warranty claims must be returned to the Deluxe Comm Pty Ltd Warehouse along with a Proof of purchase and a description of the fault.
All original packaging and contents must be returned with the faulty product.
It is the stores responsibilty to return the faulty product to Deluxe Comm and as such we will not be held responsible for freight charges coming back to our warehouse.
Returned products that have been aproved as “Faulty” will be credited to your account and it is the stores responsibility to re order the stock if a replacement is needed.
